Responsibilities:

Enhance and build the core technological attributes of the company

Push the envelope of web based technologies

Implement new projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies

Quickly and efficiently design and implement product requirements

Implement and support projects through in all stages of the development lifecycle.

Actively share knowledge and responsibility with other team members

Requirements

4+ years of J2EE experience, including but not limited to: Spring Framework, JSP, Servlets, XML

Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment

AJAX experience a plus

Standards based html, css, and javascript experience a plus

Skill and strong desire to ush the envelope of web based technologies

Skilled at quickly and intelligently solving a wide range of business engineering issues in a forward thinking manner

Keeps abreast of industry and technology trends

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Desire to grow themselves and others in a strong team-driven environment

Proactively assesses new technologies to enhance the development process and environment

4+ years of professional experience centered around java technology

BS or MS in Computer Science or strongly related field
